CATURRA CHIROSO VARIETY
We are honored and excited to share with you this project of creative fermentations and unique coffees from our friend Juliana Guevara. This caturra chiroso is a unique variety discovered years ago in Urrao Antioquia, now planted in other regions of Colombia, it is original Colombian and stands out for its sweetness and complexity that represents a territory, a coffee paradise.
With this coffee we want to highlight the work of the team of producers and collectors of the Las Terrazas farm in the village of Las Águilas in Argentina, Huila, at 1,860 meters above sea level.
It should be noted that the extended fermentation processes are carried out with reduced water consumption.
