This Gesha is carefully selected, seeking homogeneous and high-quality cherries. A prolonged fermentation is carried out, trying to control the temperature for 48 hours, then it is washed and dried for more than 25 days, aiming for a slow and uniform drying.

Diana Rozo and Didier Fierro are a passionate, dedicated, and entrepreneurial couple. They run a highly organized coffee business, complemented by a coffee farm that aspires to be a benchmark of quality and good practices in the region. Our friendship began in Huila, where they shared their exciting story with us, marked by adventures and challenges in establishing this project that drives employment and development in Huila. A standout experience was the blind tasting of their coffee, which deeply captivated us. Later, we had the opportunity to visit their production plant, where their professionalism and dedication impressed us. Nestled in the central mountain range in fertile lands and living nature is the village of San Pedro Alto, Municipality of Palermo, where coffee of excellent quality is produced. There, at more than two thousand meters above sea level, is the Vila Diana farm, with about 20 hectares of coffee cultivation where product traceability is guaranteed. We cultivate exotic varieties for the most demanding customers in the world, such as the Colombia, Caturra, Castilla, Geisha, and Pink Bourbon varieties, characterized by their traditional flavor and soft aroma.
