PROCESS: 40 H FERMENTED Washed
NOTES:
Notes of Blackberry, Citrus, Jasmine, Natural Sweetness
I am Mónica Salazar, a coffee producer from Piendamó, Cauca. My husband and I are both Agroforestry Engineers, and for 25 years, we dedicated our careers to providing technical assistance to coffee farms. However, the pandemic brought unforeseen professional challenges that led us to rethink our lives and embrace a new family mission.
This is how D’Alejandría was born: a 5-hectare farm dedicated to producing fine coffee varieties in small batches. We operate under regenerative agriculture systems, focusing on soil health and environmental stewardship. Our team consists of 8 year-round employees, growing to nearly 40 people during the harvest season.
Our Heirloom coffee is the result of this hard work. It features bold notes of blackberry, complemented by citrus and floral jasmine nuances and a natural sweetness. These attributes reflect our expertise, resilience, and dedication—values that we share with our team and fellow producers through training and technical mentorship hosted right here at D’Alejandría.
If you like good coffee we reward you. For 4 bags or more get a 15% off.
Shipments to most of the world will arrive at your door within 4-6 business days after shipping.
